Char-Grilled Stuffed Peppers

•add 1/2 cup or 50g quinoa on low heat to a small pot and toast it for 1-2 minutes with a clove of garlic, 1 tsp graham masala, 1 tsp Za'atar, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt
•add 1/2 cup water and cover
•Finley chop handful radicchio/spinach
•roughly chopped toasted almonds
•cut bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and safely place it over the flame of the stove to char. Safely remove it with tongs.
•once the quinoa is cooked, add the finely chopped greens, fresh basil, almonds and a can OR fresh high-quality tuna to the pot and stir
•fill the half peppers e mangia!
